The process involves harvesting, drying, and boiling the grass to create vibrant dyes. The weavers then split each strand into two pieces and roll it to enhance its durability. Each weaver employs their unique techniques, resulting in a crafting process that can span from three days to a week, depending on the size, design, and intricacy of the patterns in the baskets.
